FIREFIGHTERS from St Austell and Bodmin were amongst members of the blue light services called out after a large lorry turned on its side near Bugle in the early hours.
The incident happened on the A391 at Lockengate at around 3am this morning.
Two appliances from St Austell and another from Bodmin, plus Bodmin's specialist rescue tender, attended the incident.
The driver was assisted from his cab by fire and rescue personnel and placed in the care of South West Ambulance crew and the vehicle was made safe by attending crews.
It is unclear if the driver was taken to hospital.
