FIREFIGHERS from Bodmin were called to Little Downs near Cardinham at around 11pm last night after reports of a fire.
One appliance from Bodmin attended was found to be a chimney fire that was already out when they arrived.
The crew checked the loft space of the home using a triple extension ladder and the thermal image camera before declaring it safe and returning to base.
